Join Nicholas for a festival of power starring the bog-standard exercise, the Pelvic Curl. It's a basic exercise that can offer so much when you add in some one legged options or explore asymmetry including lateral and rotational elements. It's a great way to build up sports-specific strength and also return from post-rehabilitation. Give it a go! Add fire with a resistance band at the thighs or ankle weights if you prefer. Remember to include the whole foot and toes as this really sets you up for optimal results in the exercise and in walking.
