We will look to different versions of imitating a piece of wood so that you can get stronger without injury and involve some fun and weight-bearing into your daily routine. The Plank (all versions thereof) is a versatile exercise which targets most of your body in one non-movement. Pretty useful and an extremely good use of your time!
