Not everyone has a Reformer at home, so Nicholas Psarros takes you through a version of the major exercises on your mat. There are many ways to re-configure the Reformer to the Mat, so enjoy this option and feel the workout. Bring in props to help you dig in ... hand weights, a Magic Circle, ankle weights, a Theraband... but this is largely prop free.
